Admission to the Senior school is either by examination at Common Entrance or, for those not following the ISEB syllabus, by the School’s own examinations.
Our pre-assessment for entry via 13+ ISEB Common Entrance will take place on 2 November 2013 for candidates wishing to enter the school in 2015. Candidates for 2015 who miss the 2013 deadline will only be able to apply for an occasional place via our Pre-Assessment in November 2014.
Those registered by the deadline will be invited to come into School to sit our 13+ Pre-Assessment examinations in English, Mathematics and Reasoning and current schools will be contacted for a reference.
Those who perform well in the written tests will be invited for interview.

Following the examinations and interviews, offers will be made, conditional upon satisfactory performance at ISEB Common Entrance in June 2015 for entry in September 2015.
Offers of places will be made on Friday 29 November. Those accepting places will be asked to complete an Acceptance Form and return it with a non-refundable deposit of £2000.
Only occasional places are available in 2014.
Candidates not sitting Common Entrance will sit our own Entrance Examinations in English, Mathematics, Reasoning, Science and either French or Spanish. Those who perform well in the written tests will be invited for interview.

Interviews for those who perform well in the written tests will take place on Friday 14 March 2014. Some firm offers of places in September 2014 will be made and those accepting offers will be asked to complete and Acceptance Form and return it with a non-refundable confirmation deposit of £2000.
ENTRY AT 14+
A few places may be available in Year 10 each year for candidates able to demonstrate firm foundations in the core subjects compulsory at GCSE level. Those registered by the deadline of 24 January 2014 will be invited to come into School and sit our Entrance Examinations on 6 March 2014. Candidates sit examinations in Mathematics and English during the morning and then have the opportunity to have lunch with Harrodians of their age before sitting examinations in Science and French or Spanish during the afternoon.
Interviews for those who perform well in the examinations will take place on 14 March 2014. Places will be offered as they become available.
