To further enrich the Lower Prep Humanities curriculum, our 8s enjoyed a day dedicated to life in ancient times.
On Greek Day, 8s pupils came to School dressed in their chitons and peploses and participated in a workshop about ancient wars, the inequality between men and women that existed then, slavery, democracy and famous Greek philosophers. They also discussed the Greek legacy of the Olympic Games, acted out a wedding and practised some traditional dances.
