ARRIVAL:
By 8.30am. Morning registration is at 8.40am. All lessons commence at 9.00am and end at 3.25pm for the Pre-Preparatory and at 3.40pm for the Preparatory School. Senior lessons take place until 4.30pm. Pupils from the Prep and Senior School may also stay after school in supervised homework rooms while they wait to be collected.

ASSEMBLY: Assembly is held on Tuesday and Thursday for the Pre-Preparatory, on Monday and Friday for the Preparatory and on Wednesday for the Seniors. Parents are welcome to attend.

LUNCH: Pupils and staff eat together in the Dining Room which doubles as an attractive function room and Sports Pavilion. Food is French-style and good quality fresh ingredients are cooked on the premises by our chef and his team.

END OF SCHOOL DAY

At the end of the school day Prep and Senior pupils can remain at school either to take part in after-school activities or to complete homework in the prep rooms.

The Junior Prep Room is open from 4.05 p.m. - 4.30 p.m. and the Senior Prep Room from 4.15 p.m. to 4.40 p.m.

All Reception pupils finish at 3.15 p.m. Monday to Thursday.  There is the option for Reception children to be collected at 1.00 p.m. on Fridays directly from their classroom.  This is on a termly basis only and such arrangements should be discussed with the class teacher and confirmed by letter to Ms Lucy Horan.  All other Pre-Prep pupils finish school at

3.25 p.m. on Monday to Thursday and 3.15 p.m. on Fridays.

Staff make a point of getting to know parents and helpers who regularly bring and collect children to school and are asked to challenge anyone unknown.  Please give details to Mrs Moore of any new collection arrangements.  After school, children are supervised in the Prep Room until collected, so please do not ask your child to wait for you in the car park.  No child may be outside in the school grounds unsupervised.

All pupils must be collected by 5.00 p.m.
