The successful candidate will be a strong classicist, be exemplary in their professionalism and educational practice, and be able to teach, inspire and nurture all pupils in their learning.
Whether with a few years of teaching under their belt or a seasoned professional seeking a fresh challenge, the successful candidate should have proven classroom management skills, consistently model excellent practice, be highly motivated and have an active interest in educational technology (EdTech). We are continually developing our range of teaching resources, including our tech-driven materials for the optimum use of student iPads within lessons.

The ability to communicate effectively and share new ideas is therefore essential. In addition, a commitment to delivering co-curricular Classics and assisting with our key extended-curricular events, such as our well-subscribed annual Classics Conference, and trips where students can develop their interests, is essential.
