Pre-Prep's last week of term has been full of colourful celebrations encompassing everything from Mexico Day to Easter Hat parade.

PP2 pupils dressed up in traditional costumes, stripy ponchos and wide-brimmed sombreros to mark Mexico Day. They enjoyed a day of Mexican themed crafts and activities during which they made their own mini sombrero hats, decorated Day of the Dead masks, weaved God's eyes and created mod-rock Mexican creature sculptures. They listened to traditional Mexican tales and poems and learnt Spanish in a lesson with Language Assistant Miss Lucia.

Spring term trophy winners were also celebrated in Pre-Prep assembly this week. Twin sisters Evie and Grace in PP3 were awarded the Robson Cup for all round effort and achievement, whilst Charlie (PP2) was thrilled to be presented with two trophies for go-karting race events outside school.

The children also celebrated the arrival of our new paramedic, Steve, who is working part-time at Harrodian. He showed them his ambulance car and the life-saving equipment he stores in it , and much to their excitement he then sounded the siren!

On the last day, Pre-Prep pupils enjoyed an early Easter celebration with a chocolate egg hunt in the French garden and the chance to show off their impressive, homemade Easter bonnet creations in a hat parade.  Afterwards the PP3 children hosted a cake sale in aid of the Ukrainian Crisis Appeal.
