A special outing to clueQuest in Central London on 19th November presented Harrodian’s Senior Prefects with the opportunity of apply their deductive and teamworking skills to the the challenge of escaping captivity. The group which was led by Captain Stewart and Mr Holder, was divided into four teams, locked in separate rooms and invited to find a way out by following a range of mysterious clues. The winning team – consisting of George, Carma, Valeria and Luke – managed the feat in 58 minutes and the other three were only a minute or two behind.
The Senior Prefects thoroughly enjoyed their Great Escape as well as impressing Captain Stewart. ‘It provided some interesting insights into individual team skills and cognitive functions,’ he said. ‘Only 40% of all clueQuest’s customers manage to escape in under an hour so it was a good effort. It was great fun and definitely something to be repeated.
