Harrodian students are celebrating outstanding A Level results and are justifiably proud of their performance.

The weather and the mood were both sunny today –Thursday 15 August – when our outgoing Upper Sixth students gathered at the School to receive their A Level examination results. With 49% of all grades at A*/A and 86% at A*/A/B, it has been a happy day for much of the cohort. 6 students achieved straight A*s (19 between them) whilst a further 15 were awarded straight A*/A grades.*

Keen to acknowledge our students’ success, Headmaster Mr Hooke says, “This year group has been incredibly accomplished, not only in their studies but also in their co-curricular activities and aspirations and I am delighted that their chosen courses reflect this. I would very much like to thank their parents, teachers and all those at Harrodian who have worked hard to support them. Congratulations to them all!”

The Class of 2024 Harrodian students are now off to study at leading universities in the UK and around the world, on courses ranging from Medicine at the University of Nottingham to Law at LSE, and History of Art at The Courtauld Institute of Art to Social Policy and Economics at the University of Edinburgh. The quality of their destinations is impressive, and the broad range of their course choices reflects the continuing diversity of our students’ interests and passions.

Head of Sixth Form Alison Heller adds, “We are delighted with these outstanding results - our students should be exceedingly proud of what they have achieved during their time in Sixth Form. That so many of them have already been accepted to their first-choice university is a testament to their hard work, commitment, and determination. We look forward to sharing the full examination results and list of destinations in due course."
