This year's Pre-Prep Christmas show, Quizmas, was a fun and festive triumph. It tells the story of two families who take part in a TV game of Quizmas. Similar to Family Fortunes - both families have to compete against each other but instead have to answer some Christmas trivia questions like 'does Rudolph the Reindeer really like eating carrots?', 'will it snow this Christmas?' or 'what does Santa do for the other 364 days of the year?'

To help them with their answers, they are given a musical clue in the form of a song/rap and dance by a group of reindeers (PP2KBA), elves (PP2EWA), cool camels (PPLHI), crackers (PP1LBU), and snowmen (Reception RCA). In response to the final quiz question 'who or what is the most important part of the nativity?,' Sheep number 3, Mary and a shepherd take to the stage to present their case and are then joined by all the other nativity characters (Reception FWA). The right answer and moral of the tale is that everyone is important and that they all have a special part to play.

The children from PP3 played the main speaking parts and appeared as a range of characters from quiz hosts and participants to special guests like Santa and Jack Frost.

Quizmas was the result of a brilliant collaboration between Ms Horan, Head of Pre-Prep, and Mr Huelin, former Harrodian Teacher of Music and the music department. Miss Horan - in her role as producer and director - wrote the script and lyrics while Mr Huelin composed all the music, Ms Sampson rehearsed the songs with the children and Ms Osborne accompanied them on the piano.
