Eleven swimmers from our PP3s to the 10s took part in the Richmond Borough swimming heats in early February. Eight of them qualified to go through to the Independent Primary Schools' round.
Congratulations to all eleven who competed to a very high standard. They were:
George and Liv (PP3s),
Snowdon and Lauren (8s)
Zac and Saga (9s)
George, George, Finley, Lily, and Sasha (10s)
One of them, Zac (9s), was also successful in reaching the Richmond Borough Finals, where he competed against all primary schools in the local area. Zac was the fourth fastest in his age category in the whole of the Richmond Borough and is shown here proudly displaying his medal.
Swimming season will be in full swing once we return from our Easter holidays. Our Prep swimming team (8s to 10s) will return to training every Saturday at school from 10 to 11.30am. There are already nearly 100 swimming galas planned and in the fixtures calendar for next term for swimmers from our PP3s to 11s.
