Our 13s and 14s pupils (Years 9 and 10) and our Lower Sixth students attended a training weekend in some of the coldest conditions ever recorded in Harrodian history! For many of our Silver and Gold participants, this involved a morning session reviewing key topics such as first aid and expedition planning/preparation. For the rest, it was a full day of training on Saturday and a long hike on Sunday. In addition to this, seven of our Silver participants also completed canoeing training in Teddington. All of them deserve a great deal of praise for their positive attitude when faced with such terrible weather!
